The problem we took on
Not one neighbourhood and not one partner — a city-wide gap that shows up every December.
What we did about it
Christmas drives are old-school for a reason — they work, and everyone understands them. Our version just moves at the speed of a group chat: creators posting drop-off points, businesses matching hauls, and a final delivery weekend that feels more like a convoy than a charity event.
